I would like to be able to taste the lechon of Puerto Rico. Looking at the picture makes my mouth water. You see, in the Philippines where I'm from (and where I'm at now), we have really delicious lechon. It's only in the past 2 decades that lechon has become readily available everywhere you go. The best is those from the city of cebu where the skin is crispy and the flavor of the lechon goes deep to the bones.
